Sagging rear end on a 18 year old 200 1985

My 1985 240 is seems to be sagging an awful lot lately (partly due to my traction sand in the back, but it was sagging before and has dropped more during the winter.) The gas tank or exhaust drags on all kinds of bumps etc now. Anyways, I understand that the trailing arm bushings (rear?) can be the culprit (I know springs could be but its only got 120,000 miles and bushings are cheaper). I also have the clunking when taking off so I think that they are infact worn (no record of them being replaced in my Oxford dictionary sized maintenance book from PO). Has anyone tried the bushing kit from FCP Groton (either with rubber or poly)? It also feels like the wind is blowing me around a lot (when its calm) which from what I read in archives could be panhard rod bushings. Any experience with FCP's kit? Or any other suggestions (don't need Top of line, but don't want to change them in a year if I can avoid it). Thanks much and sorry about the short novel.
