Hello guys!

Light question: Does anyone know which of the two has a brighter halogen illumination? Sylvannia Xtra vision (20%) brighter claims? Or GE 2x life 9004 HO (high output), claimimg to be 80% brighter. I have seen the GE's HO's and they are really bright for the cost. Walmart sells the GE HO's for $18.00 in a twin packet. How are the Sylvannia cool blues? I am not looking for the new "BMW/MB Xenon HID super lights, just some good updated clear/clean halogen, that will light up my path of travel, thats all!
Its for my 1989 760 GLE V-6 (NON-TURBO).
