I need some expert advice. I own a '85 240. I've never had a timing belt or valve adjustment on my volvo while I've owned it. I've had it for about 2.5 years, and have put 65k miles on it during that time. My car runs great, doesn't purr, but still has quite a bit of strength. I don't know if this might help, but I also live in AZ, where it's hot as HELL! Now my question is... how do I know if I need these adjustments? Is there a way to tell? My manual says to have these things done at a certain mileage. I appreciate the help. Street.
