How to bleed the whole caliper when one of the bleeder screws is stripped? 200 1986

Got the strut assembly in fine but broke a brake line in the process.Got 2 new front lines on but could only open the 2 left bleeder screws on the caliper, the right one is stripped.My brakes work but the pedal goes a little lower than before.Can I burp the caliper by letting fluid out one of the line screws until there isn't any air?
