Fuel Filler Door 700 1988

The other day I accidentally knocked the fuel filler door off of my '88 740 GLE sedan. I still have the door itself, and I would like to reattach it, but I can't figure out how it goes on. Some plastic piece in the hinge broke, and so I'm sure I'll need at least that new part. I couldn't find anything about it on the FAQ. Thanks.
