BW55 swap for BW35 200

My new $300 Aquisition,(81 245 GLT) has a BW55 transmission. It's sliping badly when cold and apparently has been for the last 2 years. I know where I can get a free BW35 out of a 164. Will they directly swap out or will there be driveline/linkage modifiations neccesary?
