940 mysterious antifreeze leak 900

I have a very strange leak on my 93 940 wagon. I replaced the waterpump because it was bad. Had a bad paper gasket with the first pump I installed, so I got a new gasket set and did the pump again.
Now everything is fine for two + weeks. When all of a sudden we get sub-artic temps 8-9deg F for two weeks. Then I drive to the local elementary school and back home. Come inside relax for a couple hours. Go outside and notice a half gallon of antifreeze on the ground. So I assume it's something messed up on the H20 pump again. This time I can't find the leak. So I top off the antifreeze and keep driving. If I drive long trips >15miles it doesn't leak at all. if the trip is < 15 miles it leaks. Last night I put my pressure tester on, pumped it up to 12 lbs. Couldn't get the darned thing to leak. Today it is 20 deg out and the car has sat all night. I'm going out to pump it now and it better leak from somewhere taht I can see. Does anyone have any idea what would cause this odd patterns of leakage?
Thanks,
Gil
