need a new rear left quarter panel for my 242 200 1980

Hello everyone. I unfortunately have some bad news concerning my 1980 242. I hit a 1980 Jeep. I hit it twice, first my rear left 1/4 panel hit the front left fender on the Jeep, and then my front left fender hit the rear bumper. I was heading North; the Jeep was parked facing South. I can get a new front fender with no problems, However I was wondering how does one remove the rear left quarter panel on a 242? A couple of my coworkers are giving me their body guys phone number. Both (coworkers) say they'll do the job if I get the parts.

On another note, I broke two traditions involving car wrecks and I. First, I wrecked my own car, usually I wreck our expedition, I've been rear ended in it, not once but twice, I rear ended someone and my brother was rear ended in it. Second, It didn't happen on a Tuesday. Neither the Jeep nor I broke any glass, I did come real close. I'm guessing about 3mm from my left rear window. It bent the gutter flat. I don't want to pop the dents out and have some bondo put in because the main reason I'm all right is because the car is made from steel, not plastic. All of my friends' Hondas have a lot of plastic. I'm not saying those aren't safe, just that most have a lot more plastic then my 242.

Anyway I'm done rambling and I hope someone can tell me how to remove the rear quarter panel. The front one is pretty easy. If I want to remove it and install a new one. Well I'm having the body work done I'm going to see how much it would cost for them to paint it black at the same time.

Thank you for your help,
