87-745 rear wiper won't park 700

Well it almost parks, it stops about an inch from where it should and when I switch it back on it goes to the park position before doing full sweeps. If I switch it off at precisely the park position its fine. Could this be a relay problem?
Yes, I'm bored today, it's too cold to go kayaking so I thought I'd tinker with some nit picky items. Thanks
