Milky White Goop In Oil 700

I went to check the oil in my '90 760 Turbo today and found it a bit low. Went to add oil and found milky white goop on the back side of the fill cap. I think I know the answer to what this is, but am affraid to admit it. Antifreeze? From cracked head or leaking gasket? Advice?
