Hall effect 200

After all the entertainment I got from changing both fuel pumps, I found that there was no change in drivability. Still had the normal driving and then putt-putt and then vrroom!!! This time I saw tach swinging around, thought Ahh Hah! Must be electrical, it is cold here and I have not checked wiring to hall sensor, but I bet that is it. Any thoughts, experience? Just thought I'd keep people updated in case of similar problems. --Shu
