What to do with my Head 200

Waiting on piston rings and conn. rod bearings and was wondering if I could replace some parts on the head or should I send the head to a shop.

(I've replaced the absorbers under the cam followers before)...... and this time I was thinking about replacing the valve springkeepers,guides,oil seals and cleaning up the valves and seats in general, also any other items I might miss.

I'm not having any problems with the head ......advice and opinions are very appreciated.
