Installing Shift Lock Solenoid 200

I want to install a new shift lock solenoid in my 91 245 and am wondering what the steps/instructions for doing this job are. I have looked in my Bentley and found very little help. I looked in archives and no luck yet. Anyone done this and willing to share. Help much appreceated.

By the way, thanks to all who gave input on my resent undersized tire size vs. milage and speedo problem. I had undersized tires on the wagon 185-70-14 and now I have gotten it fixed with Michelin X radials size 195-75-14 from Costco and the speedo seems right now and I love the ride and look. I will comment later about handling in water/snow after tested.
