940SE Turbo-200K miles. After car is warm and been running fast, I pull off the freeway and with the car still in drive and foot on brake, my tach goes from 500 to 900. Surging up and down. GOing to neutral helps some and taking the heater or AC off helps too. Low speed idle adjust ? Had my throttle body cleaned 18 months ago.

Also my NOX is high-failed my smog twice.
probably time to take it to the Volvo dealer for service unless someone has a recomendation for goog mechanic here in Los Angeles.
