Rear sway bar bushing 200

I think I found the source of the clunk my 85 244 DL (133k) was making. It looks like the rear sway bar (track rod) bushing on the passenger side of the car is completely out of it's housing. I would like to change out the 2 bushings for the sway bar immediately as it is "clunking" a lot now (while turning)and in the spring change the trailer arm and torque rod bushings if they look like they need it. I really haven't looked closely at them yet.

1. Does the sway bar come out easily or do I have to get the weight off the rear axle as with the trailer arm bushings?

2. Can the old bushings be pushed out of the housing relatively easy or should I take it to a shop and have them removed and the new bushings pressed in? I pulled out the alternator bracket bushings and pressed in new ones but they were the IPD urethane type which supposedly are easier to install.

3. Is it better to get the urethane IPD replacements or Volvo OEM parts?
