Recommendations for Poly Bushings 200

Greetings,

I'm getting ready to replace all rear bushings with poly and need some guidance / feedback as to which ones to buy. IPD sells a complete kit and looks like an easy way to purchase bushings, yet it appears that the metal sleeves on my present bushings would be used to house the new poly bushings. Am I correct??. If this is the case, will they need to be pressed in?

I'm going to fabricate the trailing arm tool within the next few weeks and be ready to go. I've got some PBlaster, a shiny new 3 ton floor jack from Christmas and a pair of jack stands. I can access a local machine shop for pressing bushings in/out if needed. Is expecting to complete this job on a Saturday reasonable?

As always, your collective suggestions are very much appreciated. Bye, TIPPI!!

Thanks,
