144/142 panel compatability 140-160 1973

I have the opportunity to pick up a 1973 142 with the left front panel mashed, I have a 1974 144 parts car with good panels. Do the front panels interchange?

The left front wishbones are also damaged in the 142. I'm certain that they will swap with the 144, but if I'm wrong here, please let me know.
