95' 964 Uneven brake pad wear 900 1995

I recently replaced front brake pads and noticed a difference in wear when replacing them. The passenger side outer pad was over twice the thickness of the inner pad. My initial thought was that the caliper pins may be lacking lubrication but they moved freely as did the caliper piston.
I also notice the rim gets much more brake dust compared to the drivers side.
