which catalytic converter shall I use? 700 1991

This is a 91' 740 with Regina fuel injection system.
It is time to change a catalytic converter, but not sure which kind of cat converter shall I use.

On the internet there are two kinds: w/o EGR and w/ EGR

Which one shall I buy? which brand is better?
