Cleaning Injector Ports? 200

Started tearing into the 242t last night, got all the turbo plumbing, injectors, TB and intake manifold off. The injectors (k-jet) were FILTHY! The seals were trashed and a lot of junk had made it's way down into the injector ports. Does anyone have a good technique for cleaning out the ports without flushing all this crap into the head? I thought I would just use q-tips and solvent...
