Trim on rear bumper 89 240DL - How remove ??? 200

The black trim piece (top sise of bumper) between the rear bumper and back of car is loose on one side. I bought some new clips but cant figure out easiest way to remove/reinstall it w/o busting all the clips that are still working fine.
