Where is the Auto trans OD relay located? 700

I'm wondering if mine is bad... the orange light only activates when the shifter is in "Park", and at no other time. Also, ny car seems reluctant to shift into 4th. I'm puzzled. Changing the tranny fluid tomorrow in hopes that the solenoid, if sticking, will free up. Suggestions/advice welcome.
