CR - 814 radio replacement in 940 900

I am endevoring to switch out the CR-814 stereo in my 1994 940.
Are there any issues with the radio/anti-theft system of which I should be aware?
I notice a flashing light on the faceplate when alarm is activated.
I will be selling this entire set (radio/cd changer). Radio is ~1 yr old.
Drop a line if interested.
