740 Turbo Wagon import from Japan to Australia 700 1987

Mates,

I am interested of buying 740 Turbo Wagon 1987- import from Japan to Australia. The car looks nice and drives nice.
Does anybody know what are the major diffrences between Japanese and Australian specifications?. The only difference(apart from the Japanese characters in the engine bay) I noticed was that the suspensions are very soft - like the late model(90/91)non-turbo 740/940.
The normal turbos in Australia have pretty firm suspensions.
