Tranny/differential fluid changing... 140-160

I would like to change the fluids in my tranny and differential. I am going to use Redline MTL for the tranny but what should I use for the diff? How hard is it to change the fluid in the tranny? Should I have my shop do it? The diff. fluid seems pretty straightforward; take off the cover to drain the fluid, get new seal from IPD, and replace, then put new fluid into the bolt hole towards the top of the cover...???
Guidance?
