I noticed tonight that my turbo bypass valve doesn't move smoothly at all. There seems to be 3 positions - open, closed and in the middle. When you apply vacuum, you can here it click around as it moves. I don't think this should be the case. Is there a way to clean or lubricate these? Would this explain my vacuum guage is flickering when the accelerator is steady (1/4) and the car is almost in boost?
