740 alternator removal 700 1990

I need to remove the alternator in my '90 740T to take to shop for testing/repair. Although the two mounting bolts at the top seem easy enough to deal with, the mounting point to the adjustment bracket below alternator is not visible and I am not sure how to get to it. Any hints on the removal process will be greatly appreciated.
