relay noise 900

I have an '95 940, and the problem is: once in a while I hear a buzzing from the relay box, the overdrive light similateously comes on. I removed the trans overdrive relay and reflowed the solder joints, but that didn't help. If I move the relay around it sometimes stops buzzing. Could there be something else that could cause the relay to buzz? Or should I just replace it.

Another question, I read a message on brickboard about rough idle. I'll check for vacuum leaks, but I'm thinking its the e-prom. Is updating the e-prom only to be done by the volvo dealer? or can I replace it?
