I have an AW71 trans. and the shifting from 2nd to 3rd when cold is slow. Allso when put in reverse it takes about 10 to 15 sec.to engauge. Once the fluid warms up it shifts good and reverse works fine. My question is (1) is the problem in the valve body? (2) If so,can you buy just a valve body and replace it? (3) Or is it better just getting a good used AW71? Thanks for any replies,Charlie
