Rattling in front passenger wheel well

I recently did some work on my front-end. The struts and wheel bearings have been replaced. I cannot seem to get the strange rumbleing on the passenger side tire to subside. It has been rebalanced twice and weight has been added as well, because it initially felt off balance. I have remounted the tire as well.

Im lost.
