My son, 18 yrs old ,is considering buying a 78 242 GT, any suggestions of things to look out for, questions to ask would be appreciated. vehicle has 196,000 kms (that's about 120,000 miles) on it, very good condition - a little rust on the doors bottom edges. haven't driven it yet. any suggestions on price to offer? what are common weaknesses?
