Well, here's the deal. I went to start my 240 GL today and it cranked really slowly then died. The volts gauge showed around 10 volts?! I hooked up the booster pac and started up the car and drove to work. During the entire drive, the volts gauge showed less than optimal voltage (around 10, sometimes it just pegged itself at the lowest spot too). I noticed that all my accessories worked, but really slowly. After turning the car off, it wouldnt start unless i jumped it again.
Now what's my gameplan? I figure I'll take the battery in first to be tested, and then the alternator (this is my only car so i cant take it apart completely). Any help? TIA
