Idiot lights flashing while driving 200 1980

All my idiot lights have started coming on intermittently on my 1980 242DL. (All the lights that come on when the key is in the on position but before the engine is started) The car continues to operate normally while the lights are on. Any ideas on how to chase this electrical gremlin?
