I need to get lights working by Monday March 10 to comply with fix-it ticket.

Left head light doesn't turn on, but sometimes works in unison with high-beam.

I've wiggled wires under the hood, but can't find the fault yet. How can I get to the problem by Monday and spend less than $50?
