'93 940 won't start 900

The wagon has a new battery. My 17 year old daughter drives to school everyday. It died on our driveway the day the 24" snow hit the north-east. I was away then. When I came back, it was still too cold to do anything until today.

Replaced the fuel filter. Checked sparks. #1 and #2 were good. #3 and #4 have no sparks. What gives?
