Brakes squeeling 900

The front driver side ABS brakes on my 1993 940T squeel when applied, only after driving for a while. Nothing on short trips. Guess just when they get hot. Is this just pads? Had the brakes looked at in November and just had it inspected Jan 31, both Mechanics they said the brakes were fine. What gives? Thanks
