Gas tank ? window rubber? 120-130

So I bought the $250 66 Amazon. The gas tank leaks at the stem, which is covered in fiberglass bodyfiller (to fix the leak I assume ha ha). I am guessing this is a soldered connection, yes, no ? Also the glass is cracked but windshields are easy to get here in Oakland CA, but windshield rubber, I tried ipd and didn't see it. Any other ideas? I will probably be writing back for tips regarding the weber carb. I'm a little aprehensive about this carb.Oh well.
