1990-91 740 i can find the problem!!! 700 1990

I've taken it to many shops to get it fixed and it has even gone to volvo three time and thay can't even find the problem.
I've replaced a fuel pump, coil, coil wire, spark plug wires, many senors and relays. Whats left.
Its been a intermittant proble for 6 months and its progressly gotten worse. After they replaced part it would seem to be fine from a week or so then it would come back.
its been narrowed down to the igintioin system.
WHAT could it be i'm running out of money and i can't afford to keep haveing them fix the wrong things.


any info would be appreciated thank you
