re-upolster or buy a good used seat 900 1991

I am looking to replace my light tan leather seats in my 1991 Volvo 940se. Wondering if you have any leads on a used or new drivers side seat(power and heat).
My leather is beginning to go, lumbar support has failed, and it wont recline so rather than have the leather re-upolstered, i thought I may look for a used seat???

also my sunroof is opening and closing slowly. is there some maintenance to do?
