All my turn and hazard signals quit? Help. 140-160 1971

Any and all yellow flashing lights on my 71 145 up and quit. The hazard switch with the cool flashing red center dosen't work either. Could it be a relay? If so where the he** is it. There are a series of relays under the hood up on the drivers side however I could not get anything to malfunction when the wires were systematicly unpluged. Therefore I can't tell who is who under there.
So now that I am done whinning. My question is: Could this be a bad relay? If so where is it? What do all those relays under the hood control? Which manuals have the best and most accurate wiring diagrams?
