240 window relays and OD fix 200

#1 my electric windows quit completely and the two fuses are o.k. So where is the relay if that's the next logical step? If so how do I check it for function?

#2 my OD won't go into OD, is there any way to manually put it into OD without replacing the unit in the tranmission? ($$ tight) The shift switch I checked and it's o.k.

Thanks to all in advance and especially to all who have saved me much $$ over the last year, I am learning slowly the oddities of these beasts!!
