Front brake sticking? how to fix. 200 1991

While I was bleeding my brakes I noticed that the inner pad on the left front wheel was much much thinner than and of the others. This would explain the added dust on the left wheel too, I think. How to I free up those pistons, or otherwise remedy the problem without having to buy a new caliper?
When I compressed the pistons I didn't notice any extra friction or resistance on the side that's sticking. Is it a dust boot issue?
