964 Raw Fuel Odor 900 1995

Hello Everybody,

I smell raw fuel after driving awhile and then coming to a stop with the engine idling. Also the odor lingers around for a while after shutting engine off.
I've looked around the fuel rail and dont see any leaks.(Mine has a dash of green paint around the valve near to firewall). Also dont see any leaks at connections to fuel tank or filter.

I shut the engine off and restarted it after about 1 hour and was unable to duplicate the condition.

Any suggestions as what could be wrong or what to check next?
