Why the big price difference in ball joints? 200

I am pricing ball joints for my 1992 245 and it seems like the TRW brand are about $15 each at FCP Groton and $43 each at IPD. It looks like the same part so why are the prices so far apart? The Volvo dealer wants $73 a piece and I do like to go with OEM parts but is it worth it in this case? Are the Volvo or IPD ball joints any better or different than Groton? Thanks in advance!
