More oil light problems 200 1987

I tol you guys that my oil likght came on yesterday. I checked the oil level and t was correct. The engine sounds the same as it always does. I removed the oil cap and a little bit of oil splashed on my hand. But the oil light just wont go off. It is really worrieing me. If there was an oil pressure problem what do u think it would cost to have it corrected. I really love my car but I only paid 800 dollars for it and I'm not wanting to spend a whole lot to get if fixed. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Im not much of a mechanic but I need a quick fix.
