So i pulled the intake off, cleaned the oilbox,flame trap, heat shrunk some wires, cleaned some more ect. I also found out that the starter soliniod has 2 lead and only one will make the car start :P. Put the New temp sensor in and well i kinda runs better...
The idle was more constant but the car was still not right, rough but high idle. Under load it is shakey, probably timing, but after 8 hours of bending over under the hood i had to call it a day. The problem i am most concerned about is the "idle drop" after reving. The idle drops about 500rpms then idles back up to the idle of 1000rpms. I disconnected my 007 AMM and the idle drop stopped :( . So i guess I need to shell out some more cash. Just a little comparison, IPD want $180 for a 007, FCP Groton wants $145 +$& for a temp thingy for the breather box for warrenty, And All OemVolvo Parts wants $262 and up. But i might get Lucky and get a used for $50.
