engine wobbles like crazy 200 1990

new here, this is my first post, so be nice :)
i have a 1990 240 dl 5-speed and my engine shakes really badly at idle. when i accelerate, it steadies and is fine, but when its in neutral, the exhaust and the transmission all shake with it. the engine mounts were just replaced and the transmission mounts are in good shape. could anything else be the problem, or is this normal?
