belts 200 1985

Today, I started my engine, noticed under hood that all my belts on engine were VERY sowly moving. I left for a min. came back while it was still running, and they were moving fine, except a/c belt, which was not moving at all. I checked all belts, and they seem to be snug and not loose. The car is taken care of, driven everyday, so whats the deal here. Thanks everyone. Michael
