Volvos in the desert SW?

OK, group... my job is moving from CT to Phoenix shortly. I'm out here in the "Valley of the Sun" pissing off the natives because whenever I show up, it rains! (actually, some folks appreciate the rain). The permanent move will come in about 6 weeks.

What I find potentially distressing is the apparent lack of Bricks out here. I might leave Son O'Gutz ('92 245 with a few mods) at home in CT and get another Brick out here (hoping for a 700 or 900 turbo!), but last night I did a search on cars.com for used Bricks and found a whopping 12 RWD cars in nearly all of AZ! Even the offerings in FWD were pretty meager compared to what's available in New England. I have so far found only one dealer in the entire Greater Phoenix area (pop. 2 million +), up in Scottsdale. Is this the North American black hole for Volvos? I'm concerned about short-term parts availablility and support if I have but one car available to me out here. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone with experience with Bricks in AZ.
