Am I missing something here...euro blinkers 200

Hey all,

Attempted to install the euro side blinkers but the lamps don't seem to want to "snap" into place and are quite loose. The lamps are Scantech and the wiring harness is IPD but didn't even get to wiring them yet...is there a certain step that I am missing, or just incompetent.
